chicken tortilla soup

Ingredients
1 large sweet onion, chopped
4 large cloves garlic, minced
12 cups chicken broth
1 chopped green pepper
1 15 oz can of tomato puree
4 15 oz cans chopped tomatoes
1 small can of chopped jalapeños
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 cans of black beans
2 cups quinoa
1 chicken, cooked and cut up
Add all ingredients to very large pot and simmer on medium, stirring occasionally, for at least an hour.
