Hi, I’m lorna kay

While at the library one day many years ago, I discovered some dietary changes that reversed my endometriosis and ended the infertility I was experiencing. Several years later my teenage son was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma, an aggressive bone cancer. Through diet and supplementation, the side effects of his treatment were kept to a minimum and fifteen years later he is still a survivor. I have the privilege to be mom to six amazing children. Throughout the years in addition to cancer and infertility we have experienced a variety of health challenges including thyroid issues, depression, hormonal imbalance, inflammation, food sensitivities, and also balanced athletics with real nutrition and avoided processed foods.

Holistic nutrition and healing became a real passion of mine; I learned a lot through trial and error and the people God put in my path. I love sharing the things I’ve learned and helping others along their journey to wellness. A couple years ago I made the decision to become a transformational nutrition coach and received my certification through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition.

My Approach

My goal at Wellness Way is to offer education and encouragement as you walk down the path towards better health and wellness. I encourage a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we will look at how all areas of life are connected and how all parts of life affect health as a whole.

Together we will work to reach your health goals and develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes.
